These terms govern the text message (SMS) program operated by Greatroom Play & Cafe, a DBA of HENRY & W PARTNERS LLC ("Greatroom," "we," "us"), in Beaverton, Oregon. By providing your mobile number, you agree to these terms.
Greatroom sends transactional service messages to guests who provide a mobile number: order-ready pickup alerts, waitlist "your spot is ready" alerts, and an end-of-visit payment receipt link.
Providing your mobile number is optional. You opt in by entering your number on our in-store check-in kiosk (a form on a touchscreen tablet), which discloses that the number is used to send the messages described above. If you do not provide a number, you will not receive any texts.
Message frequency is approximately 1–3 messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (503) 750-8416.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and device conditions.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
