Seven simple
rules that keep
everyone safe

These are the same rules posted at our front door. Reading them before you arrive means less time at the desk and more time playing. Thank you for helping us keep Greatroom safe, clean, and comfortable for every family.

Guest Rules
  1. Sign the waiver first
    Every family reads and digitally signs our safety waiver at check-in. If you do not agree to the terms, we cannot let you into the play area. You can sign online before you arrive and skip the line at the door.
  2. No outside food or drinks
    Outside food and beverages are not permitted, which keeps our kitchen allergen information accurate. Baby food and formula, and medically necessary allergy items, are always welcome. Allergen details for everything we serve are marked on the ordering kiosk.
  3. Food-free play zones & toy hygiene
    All food and drinks are enjoyed exclusively at the cafe tables. No food or beverages are allowed inside the playground or jungle gym. If a child puts a toy in their mouth or gets it dirty, please place it in the designated Sanitization Bin.
  4. Socks required at all times
    Socks are required in the play areas for every child and every supervising adult. Grip socks are strongly recommended for kids. If you forget yours, socks are available at the ordering kiosk or the front desk.
  5. Adult supervision required
    A parent or guardian supervises their children at all times. Greatroom is not a drop-off or daycare facility, and children may never be left unattended.
  6. Play nice & stay safe
    Rough play, pushing, destructive behavior, or abusive behavior toward other guests or staff is not tolerated. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave immediately, without a refund, if they cause disturbances or compromise safety.
  7. Check out at the tablet before you leave
    Please complete your check-out at the tablet before leaving. If you leave without checking out, the system assumes you are still playing. Please still check out so we know your visit has ended — an open visit can leave your wristband active after you go home.

These safety rules come from the manufacturer of our play equipment and are posted on the structure itself.
